We can not guarantee that all displayed products are in stock when you place your order. If our stockbalance for any reason should be incorrect, we will contact you instantaneously by mail or by phone. We strive to have all information displayed correct and updated at all times. WINTERTAL can´t guarantee a 100% colour display of the items on your monitor. In all European countries the prices displayed contains VAT.

We accept American Express, Diners, Eurocard, Mastercard and Visa. After you have registered your purchase at the system and recived OK, the purchase is finished. We handle all transactions through Przelewy24 payment service which is important company for online payment solutions. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secured
When you have realized your purchase a confirmation email will automatically be sent to your specified email adress. You can also log in to "My account" and check your orders.
We ship all parcels with Polish Post service and with courier. It should takes few days 2 days in Poland , 4-7 days in Europe.
If the parcel is lost on it´s way to you WINTERTAL is responsible. If the parcel, in the event of return, is lost or damaged you will be held responsible and have to deal with the transporter you have chosen.
We follow the law for trading on the Internet. This means that you are always entitled to full refund or exchange within 10 days from the date you recieve the goods. The stipulation for this is that the garment is returned in unused mint condition. All tags and original packaging must be included. Wrap everything accurately and return the goods to the adress stated below. In case of exchange or refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repayed. When we recive the goods and everything is correct we will refund the money to your account. This can take up to 10 working days. Don´t forget to include the original reciept.

We check all items thoroughly before sending them off. If there despite this should be any problems with the ordered item or we have sent you the wrong one, we will of course correct this for you. This will not result in any extra charges for you. If you have a complaint please send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org describing what problems you have. If you can attach a picture it will help us a lot. We have to investigate all complaints, which in some cases can take a little time. We ask for your patience with this.
