RECLAMATIONS

We check all items thoroughly before sending them off. If there despite this should be any problems with the ordered item or we have sent you the wrong one, we will of course correct this for you. This will not result in any extra charges for you. If you have a complaint please send us an email info@wintertal.com describing what problems you have. If you can attach a picture it will help us a lot. We have to investigate all complaints, which in some cases can take a little time. We ask for your patience with this. Please don´t send anything back before you have recived OK from us. In case of an authorised complaint please return the goods to:
